Born on September 6, 1974, in Bakersfield, California, Jeffrey’s passion for racing ignited when his father introduced him to his first motorcycle a 1980 pw50 y-zinger at age 5 that he brought home to surprise Jeffrey in the sleeper cab of his semi truck, and at 8yrs old his first race bike, a 1982 modified flat track Honda ATC 110 3-wheeler that ran on alcohol. This pivotal moment sparked Jeffrey’s love for speed and competition, laying the foundation for his future accomplishments.
In the 1980’s, Jeffrey thrived in the exhilarating realm of outlaw 3-wheeler racing, showcasing sheer determination and skill to emerge as a champion in this demanding sport. When regulations shifted and the vehicles faced a ban, Jeffrey’s unwavering spirit guided him to seamlessly transition to quad racing and later to motocross bikes.
His talent and versatility shone brightly as he conquered diverse disciplines such as oval, tt flat track, boardercross, supermoto, outdoor motocross, supercross, and freestyle circuits, earning renown as a formidable force in the motorsport arena, known to many as just simply “Fish” in the action sports world.
